How much time does it take to plan, create, and promote an Easy Yes Mini Workshop?

It varies, but for us it's about 7-10 days from concept to completion. And that's not full-time work – just an hour or two during our regular workdays (and we only work 3-4 days a week).

Depending on your offer type and workshop style, it can take even less time.

Your first workshop will feel most challenging since you're building everything from scratch, but it gets dramatically easier with each one!
