Will I get lifetime access to anything I purchase?

It depends on what you purchase — here’s how it works:

• Workshops (live or replay):

  When you purchase a workshop ticket, you get indefinite access to the workshop recording and materials.

  (We say "indefinite" instead of "lifetime" just to cover any rare cases where we might need to retire an old workshop way down the line — but in general, you'll have ongoing access to what you purchased.)

• Time-based programs or seasonal offers:

  If you join a program or purchase something that's specifically time-bound (like a seasonal implementation session or mentorship membership), access will end when the program wraps up — unless you renew.

  That includes any bonuses tied to that timeline too.
