What part of your 4 week Repeatable Revenue cycle is dedicated to producing new leads/customers?
Getting in front of new folks is an essential part of running an online business, so it's something that we dedicate a couple hours to every single week.
To be clear, the primary focus of Repeatable Revenue OS isn't audience-building. Most business owners come in with an existing audience (even if it's small) and an ongoing strategy for adding new folks to that audience. And then our Repeatable Revenue strategies help them make sales / get clients from that audience on a weekly basis.
That being said, we do have a bonus resource that touches on audience growth — an Ads Ecosystem bonus training with our own Ads Coach, Laurel Portié. This bonus also includes a playbook + setup instructions.
Also, some of our clients inside Repeatable Revenue OS use our Audience Handoff method to grow their audience through other people's existing communities. We teach this in our separate standalone Audience Handoff workshop.
