I just bought a workshop / training / template and didn't get it!
AHH, the tech gremlins!
The whole checkout system is set up to typically run smoothly — processing payments, connecting purchases, and getting those login instructions straight to your inbox.
Sometimes the gremlins get loose and the system blips.
Here is what is supposed to happen.
- You make a purchase.
- Within 5-10 minutes, you should have two emails in your inbox. One from Stripe (our payment processor) with the receipt for your purchase. And another from Kajabi (our learning hub platform) with a link to access your new goodies.
Easy as that.
However, sometimes...
- the online systems that talk to each other run slow, so one or both emails are delayed landing in your inbox
- you had a typo in your inbox so the emails get lost in the internets
- the tech itself is having a dramatic moment that is completely out of our or your control
Here's what you can do immediately:
- Check for an email from friends@wakeuptofreedom.com /from "Sarah and Justin." This includes keeping an eye on your spam and promotion folders just in case.
- Head to wakeuptofreedom.com/login and do a simple password reset. When you checked out, an account would have been automatically created with the email address you entered. Use that email address and click the "forgot password" option. Kajabi will send you an email to reset your password automatically, and you'll be able to follow those email instructions to get into your account.
If that doesn't work
Let us know...but please wait that 5-10 minute time buffer in case the delivery is just delayed!
Email us at friends@wakeuptofreedom.com and let us know your purchase access didn't come through.
- Our first step will be to check our email against our system to see if it was that simple typo and we'll get that fixed for you. If it was a typo, this also usually means the receipt didn't land in your inbox either, so we'll resend that as well.
- If not a typo, we'll send you the password reset instructions ourselves to double check its not just a system error and to help make sure our automated emails are being sent to the right location.
- If that doesn't work, we can muscle in our own password override to get you in. It's our last line of defence but also the least secure option (because now we also have your password) so please be sure to head into your account settings and make a new one as soon as you can!
No matter what though, we got you and will make sure you have everything you need :)
