Do I have to run a new live workshop every month to make the Repeatable Revenue system work?

Not at all! We do recommend new live workshops, but there is flexibility in the system. Let’s break it down with a simple metaphor:

Think of each live workshop as a door — it’s an entry point where people get to meet you, experience your expertise, and see what you have to offer. The more doors you create over time, the more chances you give people to step inside and become buyers.

That opens up a few different paths you can take:

  1. Run the same live workshop every month:

Totally doable — but keep in mind, if the door stays the same, the audience needs to keep changing. That means you’ll want to focus heavily on audience growth between each cycle so you’re always inviting fresh eyes.

  2. Run a series of workshops on a cycle:

This is a great middle ground. Instead of creating a brand new workshop every month, you can rotate through 2–3 workshops in a cycle. This gives your existing audience new entry points (new doors!) while giving you more breathing room to grow your audience in between.

  3. Run new workshops consistently:

This creates the most doors — and the most opportunities to reach different pockets of your audience. Plus, every new live workshop you create becomes a future asset you can bring back later as part of an existing asset campaign (for example: “I’m taking this replay out of the vault for the first time in 6 months!”).

The beauty of the Repeatable Revenue system is its flexibility: you get to decide how many doors you want to build, how often you open them, and how you keep your revenue rhythm going in a way that fits your business (and your life).
