I unsubscribed, why am I still getting emails?

We totally get it. You click the unsubscribe link and are looking forward to a leaner inbox.

Then an email from us still shows up! There is a good reason, and it'll never have to do with out-of-the-blue marketing.

If you’ve purchased something from us before, you might still receive product-related emails. These aren’t marketing emails — they’re important updates about a workshop, training, or resource you already own (like changes to content, updates, or revision news). We keep those separate to make sure you don’t miss anything essential.

The only marketing-adjacent email you might see is a special offer on a newer version of the product you already own, just in case you want the latest version. This has only happened a handful of times in the past though, and aren't messages you would see often.

If you'd like to silence those notifications completely, you can!

  1. From your account, click on your avatar in the top right corner and choose Settings from the dropdown.

  1. In your settings, scroll down to Profile Settings. You'll see a number of On/Off Toggles for various notifications. You can adjust these to suit your preferences.

Even as admins, we are 100% unable to adjust your settings for you — this isn't something the site will let us do on your behalf, even though we'd love to be able to facilitate this for you. Thanks for understanding that this step is one you'll need to take on your own.
