Why don’t I see my ClarityFlow conversation in my account? How do I access it?
If you’ve logged into ClarityFlow and things feel a little… empty — you’re not doing anything wrong. You’re just a few steps away.
Here’s how ClarityFlow works (and how to get into your conversation):
- Chrome on desktop works best, so start there if you can.
- Open the ClarityFlow link from the email you received — that link is the key.
- Add your message in whatever way feels easiest: audio, video, or text.
- Hit send.
- When prompted, sign up or sign in (if you already created an account) and once you’ve sent your message, your conversation will show up in your ClarityFlow account.
Quick heads-up:
ClarityFlow conversations don’t automatically appear just by logging in. They show up after you open the link in your confirmation email and send your first message.
