Can I pause my monthly payments?

Short answer is no, we aren't doing pauses and resumes to subscriptions, or a bunch of manual exceptions and unique use cases. It kind of became a messy manual slog with room for too much error (and/or headaches).

You'll have to cancel your membership outright.

When you're ready to rejoin, it will be at the prevailing rate and you can always shoot us an email then.
