My skill doesn't start when I type the phrase

Let's get it going! Here are the usual reasons, quickest fix first.

The plugin isn't installed yet. Check Customize → Plugins in Claude and look for it in your list. Buying it and installing it are two separate steps.

Claude needs a fresh start. Quit the app, open it again, and start a new conversation.

It needs a partner plugin. Some plugins build on another one (Fill It builds on Create It, for example). The skill's reply will tell you what's missing.
