In Claude: come back, open the same folder, and say something like "continue my workshop" or "what's next." The wizards pick up from the files they already saved.

In ChatGPT: open the same conversation and say "continue where we left off." If you start a new chat, attach or paste the key pieces from last time (your voice, your offer, any decisions you made) so it has the full picture.

Either way, copy finished work into the place you run your business, like your email platform or Google Docs, so it's always safe.
