I'm getting an error when I enter accurate payment information.
If the checkout form isn’t accepting your credit card, postal code, or other payment details — even when they’re correct — you’re probably wrestling some tech alligators. (We get it. Been there.)
Here are a few quick things to try:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies and give it another shot.
- Try a different browser (like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).
- Enter your postal/zip code without spaces. (Some forms can be a little picky.)
- Manually type in your details instead of using auto-fill.
- Try a different device (laptop, desktop, or phone) if you have one handy.
- If you're on mobile, try turning your phone to landscape view. The boxes might be hiding and should show up properly then.
