Why am I getting an abandoned cart email?
Good question — and we totally get how that could be confusing. There are 3 scenarios which...good news!...usually just mean a tech blip on our side and you've got nothing to worry about :)
- Sometimes, if you visit the checkout page but step away (even just for a few minutes) before completing your order, our system automatically tags that as an "abandoned cart."
- Even if you came back and finished your purchase later (which — yay, thank you!), the system still sends that reminder email by default.
- Or lastly, if you started checking out with one email address but ended up completing your purchase with a different one, the original email might still get flagged as an abandoned cart — even though everything on your end is complete and paid.
If you’ve already completed your order, no worries at all — you can safely ignore that abandoned cart email.
Your payment went through just fine, and you’re all set. No extra charges. No further action needed.
